Who is the service for?

This service is normally the first point of contact for the general public when calling the Trust, and for internal callers, a point of reference when contacting other members of staff and emergencies.

What does the service provide?

It provides operator contact when requested for various departments within the Trust. It also provides a service contacting the on call personnel for all departments out of hours.

When is the service available?

The service is a available 24hrs 365 days  per year.

The Trust telephone exchange is located at The Royal Oldham Hospital, 1st Floor, Estates Building.
