Oldham District Nursing Service - Out of Hours

The district nursing service provides nursing care to people registered with a GP.

We work in partnership with other health professionals and care agencies to allow people to stay in their own home, or wherever they wish to live.

The service provides short-term and ongoing care; helps people to avoid an unnecessary stay in hospital, or where hospital care is necessary help people to return home sooner.

People can be referred to the service 365 days a year.
