The laundry team at The Royal Oldham Hospital are celebrating after scooping a prestigious laundry industry award at this year’s Laundry and Dry Cleaning Awards 2020.

The LADA Awards celebrate the exceptional talent and achievements of teams within the textile care, laundry and dry cleaning industry. The awards are open to all sectors and recognise companies, individuals, services and products that stand out from the crowd, and which offer an excellent standard of customer service and professionalism to the industry.

The Royal Oldham laundry team scooped the award for ‘Commercial Laundry of the Year’ from a field of strong competitors; a fantastic achievement in what has undoubtedly been a challenging year.

The laundry team were nominated for the national award by laundry industry organisations and were judged by a respected panel of tough industry professionals on the quality of the services they provide. The team were finally announced as ‘Commercial Laundry of the Year’ after a rigorous assessment process at a virtual industry awards ceremony held on 26th November.
