Public invited to join NCA Annual Members’ Meeting online on 14 October
The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) which provides hospital and community healthcare service across Salford, Oldham, Bury and Rochdale, will be holding its ‘virtual’ Annual Members’ Meeting on Wednesday 14 October at 6pm and is inviting the public to join the online free event.
The NCA brings together the Salford Royal and Pennine Acute NHS Trusts and oversees the management of four hospitals and community services including Salford Royal, The Royal Oldham Hospital, Fairfield General Hospital in Bury and Rochdale Infirmary.
Those interested in joining online will have the opportunity to find out more about local healthcare services, how they have performed and the key developments over the last financial year, including a reflection on the Group’s current response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Salford Royal’s Annual Report and Annual Accounts for 2019/20 will be presented; along with the work of the Group Council of Governors.
The Board of Directors will also present plans for the year ahead for local acute and community healthcare services. This will include a series of short films from our dedicated staff and a question and answer session.
This year the NCA is asking people to submit questions by email in advance of the meeting where answers will either be addressed during the meeting or online afterwards along with the minutes.
If you would like to attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register for a place by Monday 12 October at 5pm, including your full name and email address on which you wish to be contacted.
If you have a question you wish to ask the Board of Directors, please email your question to email@example.com no later than Friday 25 September.
