Bury Adult Occupational Therapy Service
The Adult Occupational Therapy team provides assessment and treatment for people who have a physical disability and require intervention to improve functional independence at home.
This may include a range of activities of daily living.
Our team consists of specialities that include palliative care, stroke rehabilitation, physical disabilities and rheumatology.
There is a self-referral system for people who feel they need assessment with their activities of daily living to improve their independence.
Contact details are provided below (which were updated in September 2016). You can also email the service at: : pcn-tr.adultoccupationaltherapybury@nhs.net
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we have had to cancel our Friday morning hand clinic. This is to ensure we comply with the social distancing measures and to continue to support our patients during a time of increased pressure on our service. We will remain in contact with patients by phone, but if you have any questions, please contact the service using the numbers below.
