Equality and Engagement
The Equality and Engagement Team provides information and advice on a range of equality and human rights issues both within the employment setting and for those who access the Trust’s services.
The team runs engagement events where we actively seek views and comments from staff and the general public on equality issues. They also provide a range of training courses for staff in relation to equality and human rights issues (which can be accessed via classroom taught sessions, e-learning or poster presentations), equality impact assessments, cultural awareness and how to tackle bullying and harassment in the workplace.
