Parking Enforcement

For effective parking management and the safe movement of vehicles around our sites, a parking enforcement process is required.  This uses the issue of parking charge notices and this service is provided by Civil Enforcement Ltd on behalf of the Trust.

All contact regarding any notice, including payments and appeals should be with the company concerned, Civil Enforcement Ltd (please see details below).  They have all the information relating to each parking charge notice, including why it was issued and also photographs taken at the time showing the vehicle and signage etc.  You should always quote the parking charge notice number, registration and issue date on any correspondence with them.

You can pay a parking charge notice

By Post - Send a cheque made payable to Civil Enforcement Ltd to:

Civil Enforcement Ltd, Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3PF

By Phone - Payment can be made by debit or credit card (24 hours a day) by telephoning 0115 822 5020.
