Policies and Procedures
Our policies and procedures guide the work we do on a day to day basis. We have a system for managing policies, from development and consultation to ratification and review. Policies are ratified by the Board, or by groups or individuals to whom the Board has delegated that authority. New policies are developed by an identified policy author, often by using reference groups. Draft policies are then consulted upon with relevant stakeholders before ratification.
Trust staff may access copies through the intranet whilst applicants who are external to the Trust may request copies by contacting the head of corporate development on email@example.com
